The first 30 days of the rest of your life。 Prevent and reverse the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and cognitive decline with this breakthrough nutrition program designed by the co-directors of the Alzheimer’s Prevention Program at Loma Linda University Medical Center。

Food is the first line of defense for preventing Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and cognitive decline。 The 30-Day Alzheimer's Solution works because it too starts with food。。For Dr。 Dean Sherzai and Dr。 Ayesha Sherzai, specialists in Alzheimer research and treatment, nutrition has become the single greatest tool for helping their patients build better brain health。 A brain-healthy diet = better cognition, improved memory, symptom-reversal, and a brighter future free of disease。 Dean and Ayesha have developed a groundbreaking program, the NEURO Plan—Nutrition, Exercise, Unwind, Restore, and Optimize—to help protect and maintain brain health, and it starts with just 30 days of change。

The 30-Day Alzheimer’s Solution is the first and only proven nutrition program for preventing and reversing signs of cognitive decline at every age。

The authors have spent decades studying the amazing impact of nutrition intervention on their patients suffering with neuro-degenerative disease。 The results are astounding。 In just thirty days you can boost the power of your brain, protect it from illness, and jump start total body health results, including weight loss and improved sensory ability and mobility—adding happy, healthy years to your life—just by the foods you eat。

Although I’m in the 14th year of my whole-food, plant-based vegan journey, I learned a few new useful things from the Sherzai’s new book, The30-Day Alzheimer’s Solution。 Although I liked their first book, The Alzheimer’sSolution, this one is easier for a non-scientist to read。 After helping to care for my MIL through her Alzheimer’s nightmare and watching my mother care for her MIL and husband through the same, I will do everything in my power to prevent this demoralizing, debilitating disease。 Although I’m in the 14th year of my whole-food, plant-based vegan journey, I learned a few new useful things from the Sherzai’s new book, The30-Day Alzheimer’s Solution。 Although I liked their first book, The Alzheimer’sSolution, this one is easier for a non-scientist to read。 After helping to care for my MIL through her Alzheimer’s nightmare and watching my mother care for her MIL and husband through the same, I will do everything in my power to prevent this demoralizing, debilitating disease。 I don’t want to burden my husband or children, nor do I want to go through the terror of not knowing where I am, whom I am with, or who exactly I am。 The plant docs who taught me about WFPB emphatically claimed, “It’s the food!” While this is true, it isn’t Just the food。 Focused exercise, intermittent movement, mindfulness (aka meditation, forgiveness, service, prayer, scripture study, gratitude, joy, humor, acceptance, calm, kindness, and love), stress reduction, pacing and rest, sleep hygiene, improving relationships, hobbies, and lifelong learning All play into preventing All degenerative diseases(including Alzheimer’s) and some mental illnesses。 That’s Huge!!! The Sherzai’s have given me some ideas for tweaking my diet and added a few new elements to my healthy living list not previously considered。 This is an excellent book, fully explaining the interesting science behind it in a way that anyone can understand。 Just get it!! 。。。more

There's so much to love about this book, it's hard to even know where to begin。 The credentials and credibility of the authors are impeccable。 Contrary to so many self-proclaimed gurus in the field of health and wellbeing, Ayesha and Dean Sherzai have the training, expertise, and experience to give reliable advice on the subject of brain disease prevention and health。 They rely on scientific evidence and explain in compelling and clear language the whys and hows of optimizing brain health。 I als There's so much to love about this book, it's hard to even know where to begin。 The credentials and credibility of the authors are impeccable。 Contrary to so many self-proclaimed gurus in the field of health and wellbeing, Ayesha and Dean Sherzai have the training, expertise, and experience to give reliable advice on the subject of brain disease prevention and health。 They rely on scientific evidence and explain in compelling and clear language the whys and hows of optimizing brain health。 I also love that their message is a joyful and hopeful one。 Their proposed steps to wellbeing are not grounded in deprivation and drudgery, but in reconnecting with vibrant wholesome foods, family, and deeper meaning in life。 Given the sobering statistics of how many people are expected to suffer from Alzheimers as they get older, it is tremendously empowering and gratifying to have a roadmap to mitigate such risks。 。。。more
